Dan from Cobblestone Coffee was born and raised in Waterloo, NY. He traveled the world while serving our country and has returned to Waterloo to raise his family and roast his excellent coffee! Dan roasts out of the Technology Farm in Geneva. You can find him set up in the warmer months at the Waterloo Rotary Market and the Seneca Falls Farmers Market. In addition, there’s plenty of excellent local businesses where you can grab of cup of his coffee anytime. Cafe 19 in Seneca Falls or the Finger Lakes Visitor Welcome Center are just some of the many.
Customers can get their Coffee ground or whole beans, in a variety of flavors. Medium roasts, dark roasts, single origins and blends, Cobblestone offers something for every coffee lover. Cobblestone is proud to have donated $1,500 in 2017, with plans for donating $2,500 in 2018.
My personal favorite was the Brazil Medium Roast. I took some home from the Waterloo Market and went through the whole Mason Jar Dan gave me in a week! I really enjoyed making it in my Moka pot every morning and looked forward to every cup while it lasted. I already need a refill!
